Employer standards
Acceptable Job Posting Policy
Launch approval required · Draft version 1 · Effective date to be set by counsel
Only an authorized employer or authorized recruiting representative may submit a current, genuine legal role. Every submission is private until payment confirmation and administrator review.
Remote accuracy
A public RemoteAttorneyJobs listing must be fully remote based on the complete role description and structured employer evidence. Titles such as “remote,” “virtual,” or “work from home” are not enough. Employers must separately state work-from eligibility, office location, market connection, bar requirements, excluded jurisdictions, payroll or tax limits, travel, court appearances, onboarding, and office attendance.
Prohibited submissions
- False or unsupported remote claims, bait-and-switch arrangements, or hidden office requirements.
- Discriminatory or unlawful requirements.
- Duplicate, stale, filled, speculative, scraped, or unauthorized listings.
- Misleading compensation, employer identity, application routing, or licensing requirements.
- Malware, credential collection, unlawful tracking, or requests for unnecessary candidate data.
Enforcement
RemoteAttorneyJobs may request evidence, reject, unpublish, expire, or investigate a listing and may suspend an account. Payment does not guarantee publication. Material changes require renewed review.
This operational draft must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
